HE IS RISEN! HALLELUJAH!

Matt. 28:1 As it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to the sepulchre, bringing spices which they had prepared.
2. And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
3. His countenance was white as snow:
4. And for fear of Him the keepers did shake and became as dead men.
5. And the angel answered and said unto the women "Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
6. He is not here: for He is risen! just as He said. Come see the place where the Lord lay.
7. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that He is risen from the dead; and behold, He goeth into Galilee; there shall ye see Him!"

Strengthen

Isaiah 35:3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

4. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, "behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; HE will come and save you."

5. Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

6. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

Receive Him

As many as received Him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Thought for the day:

Our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The day is at hand! Let us walk honestly by putting on Jesus and casting off the works of darkness. Put on the "ARMOR OF LIGHT!"

Therefore

Therefore since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily besets us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of faith, Who for the joy set before Him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
